The housing of the Eurodib PDR3000 panini press is made of stainless steel—a material that's simple to clean and stands up to frequent use. For a nonstick surface and even heating, its plates are made of cast iron. Both the top and bottom plates have a ribbed surface that create grill marks on the finished product. Each of the Eurodib PDR3000 panini press's two sections are equipped with a separate thermostat. Users can set the sections to different temperatures as high as 572 degrees Fahrenheit, and for streamlined cleaning, the grease tray and spring cover can be removed.
